EULA - End User License Agreement

THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT between you, the end user of Advance Software, and Advance Software, a Ukrainian privately held company (Advance Software). Use of the software you are about to download or install indicates your acceptance of these terms. You also agree to accept these terms by indicating it at the appropriate screen, prior to the download, installation process or creating an account at our official website. As used in this Agreement, the capitalized term Software means the Advance Software software (either the freeware or commercial versions) together with any and all enhancements, upgrades, and updates that may be provided to you in the future by Advance Software. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU SHOULD INDICATE IT AT THE APPROPRIATE SCREEN AND PROMPTLY DISCONTINUE THE INSTALLATION AND DOWNLOAD PROCESS. OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE DISTRIBUTED AS IS AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY AS TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE. Any attempts at reverse-engineering or thwarting the license protection scheme of this software is prohibited. Any evidence of tampering will be investigated and may lead to prosecution according information to all applicable laws agencies. Distribution of the Free/Demo Versions. You may copy the Free Version of our software and documentation as you wish, and give exact copies of the original Free Version to anyone, and distribute the Free Version of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. But you should not charge or request donations for any such copies, or from distributing the software and/or documentation with other products without the authors written permission. Support. Advance Software will provide you with free support services related to Advance Software Products or Services for an amount of 1 hour. Software Suggestions. Advance Software welcomes suggestions for enhancing the Software and any accompanying documentation that may result in computer programs, reports, presentations, documents, ideas or inventions relating or useful to Advance Software business. You acknowledge that all title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights concerning such suggestions shall become the exclusive property of Advance Software and may be used for its business purposes in its sole discretion without any payment or accounting to you.
